Sant Sadurní Center Urban plot of 19,000m2 in the center of town, has approved an urbanization plan of 5,960m2 (42 homes) with the following characteristics: 4,172m2 of roof for free homes (24 homes) and 1,788m2 for HPO homes (18 homes of official protection). The location of the plot is in the Bóbila estate of Can Mota, between the streets Josep Rovira and Maresme and Plaza Montseny.
